During times of heightened cosmic activity, grounding is essential. Here’s a simple technique to center yourself when you’re feeling “all over the place”:
1. Find a Quiet Spot: Sit or stand with your feet flat on the ground.
2. Visualize Roots: Imagine roots extending from your feet, growing down into the earth. Picture these roots as stable and strong, anchoring you.
3. Breathe Deeply: Inhale for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four. Repeat three times, focusing on your breath and connection to the earth.
